PROCESSING TIME
The delivery periods do not include weekends or holidays, (only working days). We recommend that you verify that all the information provided by you is correct, ensuring that there are no errors in your delivery address since it is not possible to make changes of any kind to the destination guide once the package has been removed from our facilities.
During a regular Monday through Friday work week, it takes 1-2 business days to process and verify orders. Please allow additional processing time if you order on a public holiday or on weekends. Barring complications, most orders ship within two business days. Complications can include but are not limited to, a mailing address that cannot be verified or an unauthorized credit card. If there are any problems processing your order, you will be contacted immediately.

Same day delivery $13.00 on orders over $25.00:
- Applies to orders received Monday through Thursday before 9:00 a.m.
- Service is available only for limited areas of the Metro Zone, Canóvanas, Rio Grande, and Luquillo.
- Does not apply to P.O. Boxes.
Local Delivery (2-3 days) $7.00 on orders of $25.00:
- Applies to orders received Monday through Thursday before 9:00 a.m.
- Service is available only for limited areas of the Metro Zone, Canóvanas, Rio Grande, and Luquillo.
Next day delivery $15.00 on orders up to 50 lbs. (Free on orders of $150.00 and up. ** Note: Does not apply to "pet food only" orders **):
- Applies to orders received Monday through Thursday before 9:00 a.m. Service available through Island Wide.
- Does not apply to P.O. Boxes.
Free Local delivery (No restrictions on merchandise weight or type):
- Applies to orders received Monday through Thursday before 9:00 a.m.
- Service is available only for limited areas of the Metro Zone, Canóvanas, Rio Grande and Luquillo.
- Applies to orders over $60.00 and up.
- Delivery in 4 - 5 days.
- Does not apply to P.O. Boxes.
USPS shipping services (Free on orders of $150.00 and up. ** Note: Does not apply to "pet food only" orders **):
-Applies to orders received from Sunday through Saturday.
-Shipping charges depend on the type of service requested, weights, and size of the package.
